About Robin
English runner Robin Reynolds (born 1974) is a marathon and ultra marathon runner, as well as a qualified England Athletics coach and canicross trainer. He has completed over a twenty marathons and half marathons, including the New York Marathon, London Marathon (six times), Big Half, Great South run and Great North run. He has also competed throughout Europe in multistage ultra marathons such as England 125 km, Azores 125 km, Azores 110 km, England 110 km, Ely Trifest and Race to the King 100 km.
A native of Kent, Robin was an enthusiastic track and cross-country runner from a young age, but stopped running after school, returning to the sport in his early thirties. He has been focused on endurance running for the past 20 years and continues to strive to master the mental and physical challenge of the marathon (26.2 miles) and the ultra marathon (anything longer the 26.2 miles) distance.
In preparation for this challenge, Robin will be running the Manchester marathon, Ultra X Finland 110 km and the London ultra 55 km in 2024.
Outside of endurance running, Robin is a father of two, an event management professional, lover of two labradors, travel and the great outdoors.
